Generally, and except as indicated at the time of collection, Socialgist does not sell or lease any Personal Information about you to any third party. However, Socialgist may aggregate information (gather up data across all user accounts) in a manner that creates Non-Identifiable Information and disclose such information to advertisers and other third parties for other marketing and promotional purposes. In these situations, Socialgist does not disclose to these entities any Personal Information. Certain information, such as your name, e-mail address, password, are not disclosed to marketers or advertisers.

Data Retention

Socialgist will not retain your Personal Information longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected.
